The products seem decent overall, and I’m assuming they probably work better once you know the right routine. But the styling tips felt vague to me. I kept guessing how much to use and sort of assumed I was applying it wrong because my results were inconsistent. A little more step-by-step guidance would’ve helped a lot

I’d say it’s definitely worth it overall. Some of the items do feel a little pricey, but the experience was really good, so I wasn’t too bothered.

I picked up one of their pomades and the hold is actually good. No complaints there. The scent just didn’t really work for me though. It’s not awful or overpowering, kind of sweet and old-school smelling, just not something I’d choose again. I’ll use the jar, but yeah.

I picked up this Reuzel pomade hoping it would have a decent hold, but it really didn’t work out for me. It looked fine when I left the house, but by lunchtime my hair had gone flat and kind of messy. Something about it just didn’t seem to last on my hair, even after using more than I normally would. I ended up having to reapply too much, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I was trying to place my order when I really didn’t have time to mess around, and the site made it way harder than it needed to be. It was confusing to navigate, and every time I thought I was finally done, the order kept failing. Really bad timing and frustrating.

I like the products and I’m not saying the site is bad or anything, but a few things I wanted were out of stock when I went to order. It’s not the end of the world, just kind of annoying having to wait when you’re ready to buy. The site itself works fine, so I’ll probably still come back.

I ordered from reuzel and ended up needing to reach out to support about my shipment. They did get back to me and helped sort things out... it just took a bit longer than I was expecting. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the replies had been a little quicker

I tried the pomade, and for some reason the ingredient list really threw me off. There were a lot of things in there I usually try to avoid, and after using it my scalp just felt kind of gross. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for the price I expected something better.

The return was easy overall. Refund took a little longer than I expected, but it came through in the end, so all good.

The product worked fine, but i’ve used cheaper options that did about the same for me. Shipping was okay too, no issues, but nothing that stood out. I do think for regular customers buying online, it would help if they gave clearer guidance on which product to pick, especially since it’s marketed with that pro barber vibe. Maybe it makes more sense in a shop when a barber is using it, but for me using it at home, it was a little underwhelming

I was disappointed with the finish. It didn’t look clean at all and actually came off kind of greasy (which was definitely not what I was expecting).

I really wanted this to work for my curls, but it just didn’t go the way I hoped. After I used it, my hair felt weighed down quickly, and instead of getting any bounce or definition, my curls ended up looking greasy and flat. Definitely not the fresh, curly look I was going for.

I really wanted to like this, but the texture just feels kind of weird to me. It’s a lot thicker than I expected, and even when I warm it up in my hands, it’s still not that easy to spread. Once it’s in my hair, it can go on unevenly too, like some areas end up with too much product and others barely get any. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d reach for every day... maybe it works better for different hair types, I don’t know.

I’ll give it credit, the hold is solid and the scent is actually nice. That said, washing it out was more annoying than I expected. I had to shampoo twice, and even then my hair still felt like there was a little product left behind. It’s not a bad product by any means, but if you’re using it every day, the cleanup gets old quickly. I just wish it rinsed out a bit easier.

I ordered from reuzel.com because I’d heard the name for years and figured it had to be good. i feel kind of stupid for trusting the hype. The brand makes everything look big and legit, but my experience didn’t really live up to that at all. The product was just okay, definitely not something I’d say was worth the price. It felt more like I was paying for the name than anything special. I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

The product itself was okay, but I have to admit the crushed box and loose lid didn’t sit well with me. I’m particular about how things arrive, especially when I’m paying a bit more, and this just didn’t meet my usual standard. Not the best first impression.
